At Saint Leo University, more at-risk freshmen are finding the support they need to succeed thanks to the generosity of CEO Jody Luihn (Saint Leo Class of ’83) and the Taco Bell Foundation.

Through the Access to Excellence Fund and Taco Bell Foundation Community Grant, scholarships and programs like financial literacy workshops, early start opportunities, and career readiness support are giving students the tools and confidence to continue their studies. In just one year, Saint Leo’s retention rate rose from 59% to 66%, surpassing the national average.

“This partnership is about more than financial aid—it shows students their community believes in them,” Jody shared.

By investing in education, LVE and the Taco Bell Foundation are helping create brighter futures for Saint Leo students.
